Personalized Products

All personalized products are custom-made based on the information provided by the customer. Please carefully review all names, dates, spelling, and event details before submitting your order.

Party Beautifully is not responsible for errors submitted by the customer during the ordering process.

Proof Approval

When a proof is provided, customers are responsible for reviewing all details carefully before approval. Approval confirms that all information, spelling, dates, and design elements are correct.

Once a proof has been approved and production has begun, changes may not be possible.

Order Processing

Processing times vary by product and are displayed on individual product pages. Production time does not include shipping transit time.

Rush requests may be accommodated when possible but must be approved prior to ordering.

Shipping

Estimated delivery dates are provided by shipping carriers and are not guaranteed.

Party Beautifully is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, holidays, customs processing, or circumstances beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the personalized nature of our products, custom orders are generally non-refundable and non-returnable.

If an order arrives damaged, defective, or contains an error caused by Party Beautifully, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.

Colors & Product Images

Colors may vary slightly due to differences in monitor settings, device screens, printers, and lighting conditions.

Product photos are intended to represent the design as accurately as possible but minor variations may occur.

Custom Design Requests

Party Beautifully reserves the right to decline custom design requests that cannot reasonably be completed or that may infringe upon copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights.
